6 week foundation class & intermediate classes run by school terms

There are many injuries that recur with increasing frequency as a direct result of poor deep core activation & endurance.  This means other structures have to take on the extra workload & unfortunately, they fatigue and begin to break down.

These classes aim to teach you how to build a correct foundation - to understand how it feels to achieve & maintain it during everday activities.
