Back in Control
There are many injuries that recur with increasing frequency as a direct result of poor deep core activation & endurance.  This means other structures have to take on the extra workload & unfortunately, they fatigue and become damaged.  These conditions may include:

  • hamstring strains - commonly occur again & again.....
  • lower back pain:
    • leading to damage to discs and joints
    • stress fractures (pars interarticularis)
  • overuse injuries:
    • adductor & hamstring tendinopathy (chronic stage of tendinitis)
    • osteitis pubis

Level 1 - build the correct foundation
start with an initial assessment with Kate McLeod
join small closely supervised classes in the clinic
understand "neutral spine" - how to achive & maintain
target you specific limitations

Level 2 - progress strength & conditioning
30 mins on land + 30 mins in the pool
include a fitness & conditioning component
