Alanna is fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work with the Diamonds - our Australian National Netballers. She has been with the clinic for many years as one of our senior musculoskeletal therapists.
She has had many years experience in the management of injuries associated with Netball and Rugby Union. Alanna utilises all manual therapy skills in addition to dry needling, MET and the Real Time Ultrasound for the training of the deep abdominal core musculature.

Antony is one of our most senior physiotherapists at both West Pymble and Narrabeen. As a Manipulative Physiotherapist he is specialised in both musculoskeletal manual and manipulative physiotherapy. He is trained to use manual mobilising and manipulative techniques, particularly in treatment of injuries related to the spine.
As a past director of Queenstown Physiotherapy (NZ) and as the Head Physio in the 2006 NZ Winter Olympics Team he has extensive experience in the management of injuries from winter sports.

Ali is a senior NZ qualified Physiotherapist who has a particular interest in Cranio-sacral therapy & visceral manipulation and their relationship with the spine and the central nervous system.
She has worked in every area of Physiotherapy but in the last 10 years she has worked as a consultant physiotherapist in a large sports clinic working with elite athletes in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Ali's passion is to find answers to unresolved injuries in people of all ages and to prevent acute injuries from becoming chronic. She endeavours to treat the person as a whole and assess each patient from a mechanical, functional & postural perspective.

Since starting at the clinic in 1998 Sabrina continues to be one of our senior and most experienced physiotherapists. Using Muscle Energy Techniques, manual therapy and extensive experience, Sabrina uses her special interest in dance to perform pre pointe & ballet assessments, and treat spinal/posturally related issues.
Sabrina specialises in teaching core muscle activation with the real time ultrasound & enjoys treating those with injuries related to dance & gymnastics.

Nicholas is an experienced sports physiotherapist, coming to The Sports Physio Clinic from Royal North Shore Hospital and Gordon Rugby Union Colts.
Nick is currently completing the "The Discover Physio Series" with LJ Lee - which is continually developing Nick's philosophy of treatment - a wholistic approach which involves "assessing and treating the connections and links between all body systems" challenging the therapist " to ask the "why?" behind the problem and to find ‘the driver' for the patient's problem, not just assess the painful area" (LJ Lee - Clinical Edge).

Starting in 1985 Karen is one of our most experienced physios with extensive experience in netball, rowing, knee rehabilitation and has a special interest in shoulder injuries and reahbilitation.

She is one of our most experienced senior physios, at the clinic since 1986, with an interest in splinting (custom made splints) & casting (waterproof synthetic casting). Annie enjoys the rehabilitation for all ages & has spent time looking after the gymnasts at Northern Beaches Gymnastics.

Kandice joined The Sports Physio Clinic officially in 2011, having worked for the clinic at Warringah Rugby Union and Manly Warringah Netball since 2010.
Kandice spends her Saturdays in winter caring for the girls at Manly Warringah Netball at Curl Curl but also has a special interest in tennis and the biomechanics behind injury. In addition, Kandice is a skilled tennis coach and a qualified massage therapist.
Kandice teaches our hydrotherapy classes on a Saturday morning at Narrabeen.

Luke is responsible for the Warringah Rugby Union Colts - with a special interest in the injuries associated with rugby union, swimming and football. He is involved locally with Surf Boat Rowing and oversees our Hydrotherapy program at Narrabeen.
He is an experienced manual therapist - utilising Muscle Energy, Dry Needling and Real Time Ultrasound in the management of his patients.

Kate joined NSMCP in 2008 from Cape Town, South Africa where she ran her own private practice with core stability classes & hydrotherapy.
Kate runs our "Back in Control" classes.
She has a special interest in the management of spinal & posturally related conditions - finding the reason behind chronic injuries & their biomechanics. She is well trained in MET and techniques taught by LJ Lee in the wholistic approach to injury assessment and management - and finding the "driver" behind an injury.
Her management includes real time ultrasound imaging of the core muscles (in the clinic), and specific functional program to reduce pain and help increase & manage your activity, work or sport.
