Sabrina has been at NSMCP since 1998 and has a special interest in pre pointe & ballet assessments, together with spinal/postural related issues.  She enjoys treating those with injuries related to dance & gymnastics.


KAREN FORRESTER

Karen started at NSMCP in 1985 & is an NSWIS accredited Physio.  She is one of our senior physios with extensive experience in netball, rowing, knee rehabilitation and  has a special interest in shoulder injuries and reahbilitation.

Karen has experince covering NSW Lacrosse (2002 - 07) and NSW Catholic Schools State Netball, and is an advisor to Manly Warringah Netball Association.

At NSMCP since 1986 and has a special interest in splinting (custom made splints) & casting (waterproof synthetic casting).  Annie enjoys the rehabilitation for all ages & has spent time looking after the gymnasts at Northern Beaches Gymnastics.

Luke joins our team as a full time physiotherapist in the clinic and in the hydro pool.  He has had experience in training both athletes & those wishing to improve their general strength & fitness.  He is working at Manly Warringah Netball on Saturdays during the 2009 season.

Kate joined NSMCP in 2008 from Cape Town, South Africa where she ran her own private practice with core stability classes & hydrotherapy. 

Kate runs our "Back in Control" & Hydrotherapy classes.  She has a special interest  in the management of spinal & posturally related conditions -  finding the reason behind chronic injuries & their biomechanics.  Her management includes real time ultrasound imaging of the core muscles (in the clinic), and specific functional program to reduce pain and help increase & manage your activity, work or sport.

Joining us from RNSH, his experience includes exercise physiology & exercise testing, working as a research assistant at the Children's Hospital & for Dr Merv Cross.  Erin has covered rugby at Easts, Gordon Rugby & currently looks after Manly Warringah Netball including the Open & Age Championships.

He has a special interest in the spine & pelvis, muscle energy techniques and improving core (real time ultrasound and a progressive program).
